Dr. Erin hails from Warren, Ohio. Her passion for healthcare and dentistry started at an early age. She was one of those kids who loved to visit her dentist and doctors! As an undergraduate student at the University of Richmond, she majored in Medical Humanities. During her senior year, she attended a Lunch and Learn where she heard a variety of health care providers discuss their work. Among the presenters were two dentists whose passion and energy for their field drew Dr. Erin in. She later enrolled in the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. After completing her dental degree there, Dr. Erin attended the University of North Carolina where she received her pediatric dental certificate and her Master of Science in Dentistry.
Dr. Erin’s mission is to help kids enjoy dental care as much as she did when she was a child. She teaches children of all ages healthy habits to last a lifetime so they can avoid oral health problems in the future. Education has always been important to her, and Dr. Erin keeps up with advances in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. She’s also a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentists.
When she’s not with her young patients, you’ll find Dr. Erin spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their young son, Brody. They love living in the Triangle because of the great weather, proximity to beaches, and wonderful southern hospitality!
