Dr. Patrick Miller was born and raised in Wilkes County, North Carolina. He attended North Carolina State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. After working as a Civil Engineer in Raleigh for a few years, he felt the calling to return to school and pursue a career where he could more directly help people. With a father who is a Veterinarian and a mother who was a School Psychologist, a career in health care had always been in the back of Dr. Miller’s mind. He quickly realized that dentistry was his passion, and he obtained his professional degree from the University of North Carolina Dental School.
Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Miller has averaged over 3 times the required amount of continuing education per year. He is skilled in a variety of dental procedures including crowns and bridges, extractions, endodontic treatment, removable prosthodontics, and Invisalign.
As a dental health provider, Dr. Miller is passionate about making his patients feel less anxious in the chair, while providing a clear understanding of their possible treatment options. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending his free time catching up on his favorite baseball and football teams. His wife, Stephanie, is a High School Art Teacher and they have two boys, Graham and Wyatt.
