Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I trust them with the next procedure. 2nd visit again outstanding dental hygienist, great front desk personnel. Dentist very friendly. Have great confidence in this business 3rd visit. Again. Great reception and great hygienist
Wonderful service, kind staff, and they’re quick and efficient. I was very pleased with my first visit. I would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to friends and family. I was able to get my consultation visit in and cleaning before the end of the year. Thank goodness they were able to fit me in. I am extremely grateful!
I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My hygienist realized I was nervous and did all she could to guide me through it and make the process easier. The dentist was also understanding of my fears and set up a treatment plan to best suit me. They were also able to get me in to be seen the day after I called and the wait time in the office was close to none. Riccobene has a friendly staff that seem to love what they do and a very welcoming facility!
I was greeted in a friendly tone by the Receptionist at the front desk and by the entire Dental team. The Dental Assistant who did all of my ex- rays, explained everything that was shown on the Ex-ray to me. She explained the procedures and the payments and offered me the choice to have a payment plan. Thank you for your courtesy. It makes all the difference in the world when you are friendly to your patients and when you take the time to go over everything that need to be done.

Very friendly, efficient and professional. The tech today, like during other visits, was outstanding. The hygienist was so very friendly, thorough, caring and professional. Dr Clark was another great part of the visit.
I literally travel an hour to see these professional dentists. I recently discovered their office because I’ve been experiencing tooth pain for years but every dentist I saw kept on saying it was ok. It wasn’t until I came here that they confirmed in infection on this tooth. Having it extracted soon. Highly recommend this office! Professional and attentive staff tat actually CARE!
Today was my 2 year old son’s first visit to the dentist. Everyone made it such a pleasant experience. He felt comfortable and was very cooperative. I have to thank the amazing staff!!! I love this office. My family has had nothing but the best experiences.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OFFICE! Everyone on the staffing team front the front desk when I walked in to the girls in the back were amazing, everyone was super helpful and compassionate to my needs! Dr Geeson and Dr Gough really shine and always make sure my care is their top priority! 10/10 recommend this dentist!

Today was my first visit to Riccobene Associates at Portners Neck due to a dentist referral for a evaluation of a previous x-ray that was a concern. From the immediate greeting from all the staff who insured I was taken care of, I can't say enough thanks!! Everyone was wonderful, friendly, and I felt welcomed and that I was in good hands!! My 6 year old, who was a bit anxious, needed some work done on a cavity and both the dentist and assistant were so amazing at helping her feel calm and lightening the mood. I’m so impressed by the whole experience!
Dr. Rich is an excellent dentist, he treats me like family. All of them are so warm and genuine. Very friendly staff including the receptionists. I’m always excited to see them every time I visit the office!

I strongly dislike going to the dentist. Gives me high anxiety. I’ve had dozens of different dentists and oral surgeons of the year. After 40+ years I have finally found an office that that understands my fear and has provided me with simple options to calm my anxiety and to make the experience as pleasant as one can be. I won’t say I’m looking forward to another root canal but I can honestly say I won’t be worried about it if I do need another. Also took my preteen here that previously went to a pediatric dentist. She said hands down this place was so much better and made her feel very relaxed and comfortable. Great staff. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
The staff here is amazing and so patient. My daughter has lots of anxiety around going to dentist and Dr. Garner and the team really helped to reassure us that they will keep working with us until my daughter feels more comfortable. They helped me as a parent feel less frustrated and I am so appreciative of their efforts. We are new to the area and with so many transitions already it's nice to know we have found a great dental home! Update from our 3rd appointment! 3rd times a charm! Staff again was so patient with my daughter and she actually wanted to go back by herself. She got her teeth cleaned and did xrays! Words can't express how grateful I am for the staff here!
Dr. Schmoor and her whole staff are SO great! Even my 6 & 3 year old enjoyed getting their teeth cleaned. My 6 year old with sensory processing was very anxious and they eased his worries from the moment he walked in the door. They talked him through everything that they were going to do and he felt confident after he was done and excited to go back to the dentist again. We will be back in 6 months ;-)
I can say they have come a long ways. Customer service has not always been the best for me since I first started going here about 12 years ago, but I have been more than satisfied for the last few years. Staff are very personable and with my crazy work schedule in combination with COVID, they have been more than accommodating with needing last minute appointments or rescheduling within reason. I was just fitted for a crown on April 9th and NERVOUS, but Dr. Pruitt was so gentle and his assistant was the BEST! As always.....SALLY is the best and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Definitely the kind of professionals I would recommend to anyone.
Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.
We’ve been bringing ououldn't ask for better service then we received.The office is clean and organized. Every step was explained. The cost was broken down and explained very well and our future appointments were made to our convenience. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
This place has been absolutely perfect for me. All service members are friendly and easy to communicate with. Dr. Ball and his assistants were so kind and encouraging during the application of my braces. They also were able to offer me a simple and very affordable payment plan for my treatment. Thanks to Riccobene, I’m on my way to a better and more confident smile!

Like most, I dread the dentist. That is, until I came here. I needed and still need major work done and I wouldn't go anywhere else for it. The professionalism, attention, all while keeping it comfortable is incredible. Dr. Clark has a fantastic sense of humor and so does every other staff member. To say I recommend this place is an understatement. Pleasant experience from the time you enter until the time you leave (as far as dentists go!).
I had an excellent visit today! I did not have to wait as I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment! The hygienist did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly, kind and courteous! Thank you Riccobene Family Dentist!!
This was my first experience at this practice. The decor was pretty but more importantly the office was very clean. The front staff as well as the office manager were kind and friendly. Dr Austin was my dentist, she was kind and very thorough with her exam, and explained what was necessary to fix problem areas. My hygienist was Shawantha, she was very caring and considerate when she performed a much needed procedure that I chose to do without numbing medication. She also showed me my xrays/problem areas and Dr Austin's recommended treatment plan. If you're in need of dental care, I would highly recommend Dr Austin and Shawantha!!!
It was the only time I have ever enjoyed going to the dentist. Everyone was wonderful!
I took my son here after his regular dentist said he needed to have his wisdom teeth removed. We were referred to 2 oral surgeons who we didn’t end up going with for multiple reasons. I’m so glad I found Riccobene in garner. They are all so nice and welcoming, and made my son feel at ease, which is a big bonus considering he has major anxiety. Everything went smoothly, from insurance to surgery to the last check up appointment after his surgery. I highly recommend Riccobene in garner, if I could give them 100 stars I would. My 2 daughters will be needing theirs removed soon and I will definitely be bringing them here!!
They worked with my anxiety and was able to have work done finally after 20 years. It was painless. I thought I had rotten teeth but turns out I just needed a good gum scaling. I was in tears looking at the transformation. Im getting that perfect smile I never had.
As a new patient to Riccobene, I can say everyone from the woman at the front desk, to our hygienist Jenny and Dr. O were wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and I certainly felt like a person rather than just another patient. Jenny is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had and she was equally as wonderful with our 7 year-old. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
I had a really traumatic experience at a different dentistry. Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry has worked well with me to 1. Not dismiss my prior traumatic experience (that led to hospitalization while pregnant) and 2. Has provided an understanding, comprehensive, and as pain free as possible experience. I am thankful that I have found this practice.
Great experience at Six Forks Smiles. The hygienist and dentist were thorough and pleasant. There were no surprise costs and the whole experience was as good as it gets when going to the dentist.

This is a great dentist. Did an appointment on line to find out that it didn't go through. I showed up for my 8:00 am appointment and she told me she couldn't find me, but immediately found me an appointment so that I wouldn't have to reschedule. Didn't have to wait a long time. They are very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Boctor and Sandra were extremely nice and helped calm my anxiety, while also doing an amazing and efficient job at my fillings. :) I'll request them from now on, great women! Super nice and helps your day be just a bit better. :)
Brought my son in for an orthodontic consult. Everyone was so wonderful there and we had a great experience. He doesn't need braces at this point, thank goodness, but we will be going back for another visit in a year to see how things are progressing in his mouth. Thank you everyone at Brush and Floss for a great visit.

Everyone one that works there starting at the front desk check in and check out are always smiling and very polite. Dr. Anderson and Stephanie to me are GREAT. Every appointment I’ve had or concern I’ve had they always answer it and no question is silly to them. They just know how to make you feel comfortable while you are in their chair. 10+
I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I can't remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!
Wonderful first time experience. Very friendly and comprehensive service. The facility is well designed and the employee attitude really elevated something as simple as routine dental care. Will definitely be bringing my daughter for her first dental appointment in the new pediatric wing.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.

Dr. Evans and her staff are amazing. They were so patient and accommodating with us and our 3 year old triplets on their first "big kids" dental visit. Thank you for making the dentist a pleasant experience for them.
Dr. Gazdek is amazing! Not only does she have a great bedside manner, she also is extremely knowledgable and talented when it comes to dental work. She is efficient but patient, which is a rare combination in a busy practice. Our children have also had wonderful experiences with every dental assistant at Riccobene for Kids. And I would like to add a special shout-out to Crystal for helping us to get an emergency appointment as soon as she had a cancellation. Thank you so much to the entire Riccobene staff for making dentist visits less stressful!

This is hands down the best dentist office EVER! I have always had a huge fear of going to the dentist, just crippling anxiety. The people here are so gentle, calm and kind that I personally felt comfortable and peaceful as well. They kept me in the loop on what they were doing the whole time. It had been a little while since I had a cleaning (due to the pandemic) and my teeth/gums aren’t sore in the least. I am so happy to have found this wonderful team.
I have been going to Six Forks Smiles dentistry for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, but most importantly honest employees who are not just trying to get your money by up selling dental services or worse telling you that you need services that you don’t. I have had that happen at other dental offices and I fully trust Six Forks Smiles to be honest and do a good quality job when I do need work done.
This place is amazing. Great environment. Great people. Could not have picked a better place to go to. Also, if you do not have dental insurance they have some in house plans that are very helpful and budget friendly. I recommend to anyone in this area.

Although this was the first time at the Dentistry , I have to admit prior to this everyone has been professional and I have been treated with courtesy. During this visit I was extremely impressed because I was made to feel very comfortable and appreciated and the dentist and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and that they knew exactly what needed to be done and they went over these things with me. I'm very confident in their measures of competency and look forward to having procedures done with them in the future

Had a wonderful visit at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons today! I am a 'happy' patient of Dr. Patrick Miller who has recently joined Riccobene Associates Family Denistry in Clemmons, NC. I first met with Sierra, a Dental Assistant there, and she was so professional & sweet! One of those personalities you feel you've known forever! And then Dr. Miller discussed a treatment plan with me that had my best interest in mind! As I have come to expect from Dr. Miller, I received the upmost in superior dental care today. He is gentle and informs you all along the way as to what he is doing! I've been seeing Dr. Miller for 3.5yrs now and am very confident in his professional dental services! He truly cares for his patients, so much so I drove 1.5hrs to receive treatment from his new Riccobene location in Clemmons! What a pleasant surprise to find the office staff at Riccobene Associates Dentistry so friendly & welcoming! The Reception area is quite comfortable and the examining rooms are state of the art! You can count on a wonderful dental experiance with Dr. Miller & the Staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Clemmons, NC! = )

The employees at Riccobene Dentistry office went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable my whole vist. I was anxious about my vist until I met all the staff and the Dr. They explained the procedure and made sure I was not in pain. I got two teeth pulled. I will be using them in the future!
I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. A lot of the old staff are gone but the warm, inviting community there at Riccobene, still remains the same. The staff there, are wonderful!
The entire facility was very organized and clean. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. My cleaning and examination was the most thorough I have ever had. My follow-up care has been second to none. This has been an excellent choice for dental care; thank you all very much!

5/5 stars. This was my first time to the dentist in years, So naturally I was nervous; however, the staff was so friendly and well coordinated I felt so comfortable immediately. I can tell they enjoy working there and as someone who has anxiety about every little detail they put my mind at ease.
Everyone is always pleasant, upbeat and positive. They have the newest dental practices and techniques and equipment. The only area I would like to see changed is dental plans researched, Dockside dentists are out of network.
I was terrified of having a root canal done and the Dentist made everything a smooth experience. No pain at all did not even feel when he gave the Anastasia. I highly recommend them. Have had worse experience just getting a filling. Sore and a little pain afterwards but nothing compared to the toothache pain.
My visits with everyone at Ricobene Family Dentistry So far have been very enjoyable and relaxed! Every one makes you feel like part of their family! So glad I gave them a chance! Never thought I would be looking forward to my Dentist Appointments! Ha! Can’t wait to Share my new smile with everyone! Thanks again to everyone in the office!!!😬😬

I am new to the area and need to find a dentist due to an infection on a tooth. Through my insurance I choose Riccobene and I am very happy I did. They are professional and friendly. Took their time assessing what need to be done, the cost to me and quickly set up and appointment to take care of the problem. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.
Went to Riccobene for a second opinion on needing a root canal. I saw a wonderful interim dentist named Dr. Lundahl, I wish he was staying but he was incredibly thoughtful and I hope to get to see him again someday! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. New patient setup was a breeze- all right from my phone! Loved the lack of paperwork! The office was very clean and well decorated, lots of chairs for everyone to sit. My visit confirmed the need for a root canal & crown- and I have gone ahead scheduled it with the Knightdale office, as their price was even better than the original office I received a quote from (Lane & Assoc). My boyfriend goes to the Clayton location and that's how I found out about Riccobene. They are definitely my new permanent dentist office. Highly recommended to anyone seeking high quality care with affordable prices!
I had my first experience at Brush and Floss and it was GREAT! The people and service were excellent. The techs/nurses and orthodontist put patient care and finances first. They are open to patients about options. I loved my visit and would highly recommend. Their retainer cost was so much less than other places but the service and care so awesome!
Everyone there it's always so kind and nice. You get in and out with very little waiting time. I really like the office staff and Dr shine as good as you can like a dentist.
My young daughter has high anxiety and needed a tooth pulled. I was first referred out to get her sedated, but the wait times were too long. We opted to give the nitrous oxide of a try. Dr. Ron was AMAZING with her! After the gas kicked in, he was able to get her tooth out without her even really knowing. He was calm and talked her through every thing he was doing in terms she understood and accepted. I highly recommend them!
Due to a terrifying experience earlier in life, I am horribIy petrified of ANY dentist!!!! Yesterday I had four teeth extracted by Dr. Jameson - - - he was like Houdini! I sat in the chair shaking before he came in, and before I knew it I was finished ! He and his assistant made sure I was relaxed and felt no pain !!! They were both fantastic and the rest of the staff are as sweet and efficient as possible. Thank you all. Kari especially made it all come together sweetly and without a hint of pressure. Thank you all !!!
Had a cleaning by April and she is phenomenal. Recently had to go back for some dental work to get done and Barbara and Dr. Sommer were amazing. Barbara is just so warm and has a very calming nature. I really appreciated having her there since I was having a 2 hour procedure and I’m admittedly a very anxious dental patient. The dentist is not my favorite place to be at all, but this was much better because of a great team. I also felt like Dr. Sommer did a great job and i left feeling like he really cared that the procedure was done correctly. Thanks to you all!
Yasmin is the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had, she knows her stuff and doesn’t care to take the time to inform you on how to take care of your teeth. The dentist (Dr.Swan) is very professional and gentle. Highly recommend this dentist office. The entire staff here is super nice and helpful.
After being with Dr. Jakubek for so long, I was naturally worried about the new ownership. I’ve been a couple times now under the new management and it is good to know that nothing has changed. Same wonderful treatment! Dr. Smigiel is very personable, the receptionists were excellent when I had a unique issue with scheduling and continued their friendly demeanor once I got to the office, and Prowl was the best hygienist I have ever had - hands down (she even wanted to make sure the music that was playing the background was okay with me - who does that?) Thank you Riccobene & Associates for service with a smile as beautiful as mine!
Love, love LOVE Downtown Dental. Very warm and inviting office from the time you enter and are greeted by Karen. They do not overbook so you may only have a couple of minutes to wait. Karen, the hygienist, is very gentle and the best one I've ever had. Dr. Puza is wonderful and explains everything while doing a procedure and answers all questions. Dental assistants (forget names) are also very professional, gentle and caring. Office manager, Michelle, went above and beyond in helping me with a billing problem with insurer. Very pleased with this dental office & would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Love this dentist office! They have a cool castle/ dragons/ knight theme going on and just redid the entry to look like you're walking into the castle. TVs for the kids and private rooms for any work beyond cleanings. We've seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Garner and love them both. All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are wonderful too! They are kind and great with the kids, even my fairly difficult son :)
As someone who has a huge fear of the dentist, I was made to feel so comfortable and understood and like I was in control of my appointments! I was given breaks in between cavity fillings and the staff went above and beyond to help ease my anxieties. Special shout outs to Drs. Holmes and Kennedy and their assistants!
My son had his first dental experience here and our experience couldn’t have been better! We had the most lovely hygienist, Mandi, who was perfect with my son. Dr Rob was also so great. ☺️

This was one of the best experiences I have had in my life in a long time. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand! And I like that they’re honest and will help you plan for the future! They were very friendly and outgoing and the services were nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone and they also have night appointments.
Dr Lara Clark and her staff are the best! I never described a dentist office as a place where I was well cared for until I came here. I had PTSD and Lyme Disease and they were so sensitive to my needs. Highly recommend!
Every time I go to Complete Dental Leland I am treated extremely well. Every procedure is accomplished professionally and with expertise. I have never had a negative side effect from any procedure I have had here. Dr Geeson and Alice are Rock Stars when it comes to taking care of my problem teeth. All of the dental hygienists are excellent as well. I am so glad I found this dental office. I know I will get outstanding care and treatment here every time. Thank you to Dr G and her entire team!
Six forks smiles is the best dentistry I've ever been too. They make you feel so important... like president status. They are vary knowledgeable and great with explaining and resolving any issues that you may have. I would recommend this to everyone. Shout out to chad great receptionist, he got me in right away. Rabecca the P.A. was wonderful she took my x-rays and calmed me down from being so nervous. Finally Dr. Gandhi she was able to explain my treatment perfectly and is vary professional!

I’m not a patient of this practice but had to review them based on their wonderful customer service. My son needed a filling repaired and I couldn’t get a hold of our regular dentist. They were able to help and schedule us an appt the next day. Super nice and accommodating for all my questions. I just can’t overstate how nice it was to have someone I didn’t know help me in a stressful situation.
I have a deep fear of going to a dentist and for many years did not go, finally I did go to Riccobene at Porters Neck. From the moment I was greeted, she made me feel calm and relaxed. Then returning a week later for actual work on my teeth, Dr. Kennedy was perfect, kind, gentle. I hope anyone with a fear of Dentists could have my experience.
I went in because I thought I cracked a filling and also for my annual cleaning. The Dentist found that my filling was just a little rough and offered to polish it out for free, as I needed to come back for decay found on an old filling. They thought it was decay on the whole 3 side filling. When I went in, they polished up the problem I had and upon starting the process they found it was just decay on one side. They only performed work on the decay present and didn't just go ahead with the initial diagnosis. I truly appreciate the work they do there. Thanks y'all!
I've never visited a Dentistry that made you feel like part of there family 👪 I'm usually up tight about going to the dentist, but I can honestly say they sure took the fright away. Not only were they friendly and quite efficient with everything they had me do, I love the fact that this group turned out to be a good Christian ✝️ business. I will continue going there for the rest of my dental care. I thank each and every one of that group for there 💯 % good care. I pray they will always be there to help us all in need. Thank you 😊 Today was fast, I enjoyed talking with the doctor, he was great and asked me if I had any questions or if I thought things looked alright, he was very concerned how I felt. The nurses are Always great to. Love it there , thank you😊
Dr. Clark is amazing! She's done tons of work for me after a different dental office (not Riccobene) tried to convince me I needed a million things done all at once. She has a very conservative approach to major dental work, so you can tell she cares. She's extraordinarily patient with my TMJ issues and is just one of the best, most down to earth medical professionals I've ever met. Would recommend 100%!

The staff is polite and very welcoming. I like the that during Covid the place seems so sanitized and I was very please with the Hygienist she did an amazing job with my cleaning. The Dr Solanki is a very sweet lady. I enjoyed my visit now my kids will be joining me at this dentist.
My wife and I have had excellent dental care with Dr. Rich for many years. He and his staff are always pleasant and cordial when we come to the office for check-ups and other dental care appointments. We totally trust Dr. Rich's advice and have never been disappointed. We travel a considerable distance to come to his office and it is definitely worth it. We highly recommend this dental office.
The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.
Such wonderful staff and doctors! Second time with them, and I know I’ve found my place. The staff here is so sweet, and they explain everything so well with whatever it is you need done and work with you! Chris is a fabulous dentist, I highly recommend him. I live a bit away, but it’s worth the drive to know that I’m in good hands here! Wonderful team!
Dr. Steve is so caring and compassionate. Explains everything he is doing, worried about patients comfort. Would not want anyone but him to be my dentist.
