ANNOUNCING THE COMPLETION OF LINE DEMPSEY’S TENURE AT CLEAR

Cary, North Carolina — Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry proudly announces the completion of Line Dempsey’s tenure as a Board Member and President for the Council on Licensure Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR). Dempsey has been an invaluable asset to CLEAR, leveraging his extensive experience in regulatory practices and compliance to advance the organization's mission of promoting effective licensure and regulation.

In addition to his role with CLEAR, Dempsey serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, where he ensures adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in the dental field. His commitment to excellence in compliance and regulatory oversight has greatly influenced both his professional environments.

Before his current position, Dempsey served for 16 years as a Senior Investigator with the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners, from 2003 to 2019. During this time, he played a crucial role in safeguarding public health and ensuring ethical practices within the dental profession. His expertise in investigations and regulatory enforcement has enriched CLEAR’s discussions and initiatives along with building a Compliance Program at RAFD that is respected throughout the industry.

Throughout his tenure with CLEAR, Dempsey contributed to various programs and workshops focused on improving regulatory practices and fostering collaboration among professionals. His leadership and insights have had a lasting impact on the organization and its members.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the CLEAR Board and work alongside such dedicated individuals,” Dempsey said. “I look forward to continuing my advocacy for effective regulation and compliance in all my future endeavors.”

Dempsey continues to serve on committees and leadership roles for the organization and will be transitioning to an instructor role for the National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training (NCIT) programs for CLEAR.
