The hygienists were amazing! Friendly and thorough. This was our 1st visit. The office was taking excellent precautions. We felt safe. They gave excellent follow up suggestions. So happy we found Jakubek Dentistry.
I am pleased with the dental care that I receive at Riccobene, because of my pleasant visits, I look forward to dental care.
Today was my first visit to this dentist. It was a wonderful experience. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist but the staff there made me feel comfortable. The dentist and dental hygienist were both very gentle. The office was very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. They explained everything before doing it, which was very important to me, and it helped me to feel more relaxed.
Dr Papio and her team are exceptional. I came to their office with an unfinished Invisalign treatment. The difference in care with an orthodontist vs general dentist is obvious. My teeth are now moving the way they need to, each visit dramatically improved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Wilmington area.
Every aspect of my experience with Riccobene Garner has exceeded my expectations. I was in really bad shape when I started with them, but they fixed all my problems with sedation dentistry.
The entire staff is excellent, professional & friendly! My son had a prior negative experience & unfortunately 2 repeat visits to another dentist. [...] My son did great and actually enjoyed the visit?! The dentist was very helpful and reassuring about dental work to be done and how to go about it. I can't praise this practice and it's employees enough! If your child is hesitant or even fearful, I definitely recommend Riccobene & this location!
Just became a patient here in Jan. I've had the same dental hygienist both times, and she's wonderful. Very friendly, laid back, and communicates everything she does… Awesome!

I was referred to Riccobene Denistry by a friend, and they were Awesome. I was going on vacation soon and needed to get in quickly ( I had just moved here and didn’t have a dentist yet). I called and got an appointment in a day. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and provided several recommendations for my care. I will be going back for treatment, and I highly recommend them.
Staff is friendly and educated my son well on taking care of his braces and now retainer. Orthodontist friendly. Smiling. My son loved her. My son hated to smile because of his front tooth not wanting to come in. Once braces was placed on and his tooth was coming in. My son started smiling more. Now he just smiles and dont hide it. If my son ever needs orthodontist work again, this will be the place. Thank you.
My kids and I have been going to Riccobene ever since we moved here in 2018. We've always been well taken care of. Everyone has been personable and understanding when I have to bring our baby to my appointments. The dental hygienists have always done an awesome job with each of us. The dentist is also thorough with his exam at the end. My kids love going to the dentist. Probably because they know they'll get little toys at the end for being helpful during the appointments.
Everyone in this office is lovely to work with. They are understanding and do their best to meet your needs. They are friendly, funny, and easy-going, while remaining completely professional!
This was my first visit to Riccobene in Greensboro, NC. I went for a routine exam, cleaning, and X-rays, and Nicole, my hygienist, is the best!! I can honestly say this is the best teeth cleaning I've ever had! Excellent experience. Doctor and receptionist are super too!
Hands down the absolute best I have ever been to. Service from start to finish was amazing. The most professional staff I have ever come across and put me and my needs above all else. I have the biggest fear of dentists from previous experiences at other places. But this will be the one and only dentist I ever go to again!

Going to the dentist can be like going to get an oil change-you go in expecting to get one thing and then they try to upsell you on several other things that you never asked for. After a previous experience with an apparent dollar-focused dental clinic, I was relieved to find in Riccobene an honest, straightforward practice. So here's a quick snapshot of my Riccobene experience. Customer service: Top tier! Ms. Nikki, the office manager, is amazing. She was awesome with handling the transfer of my case. Ms. Aury at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Farhan was knowledgeable and polite. Mr. Chris, the dental hygienist, was extremely thorough in my cleaning. Scheduling: On point! Whereas many other offices had a waiting period of up to two months, I was able to get in within a week of calling. Environment: Very elegant decor with the latest cutting-edge technology. Services: Chef's kiss! My deep cleaning left me feeling like a new person. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to have found my new dental home.
What a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door at Riccobene and Associates in Leland. I had been trying to get a dental problem taken care of for a year at another office, and things were worse than when I started. I decided to stop at the Leland office, and it was like day and night from the minute I walked in, the ladies up front were genuinely nice and helpful!
I had been awake all night the night before with a toothache, and I called in this morning to see if I could get an appointment, and they took me in. The doctor looked at it and determined it needed to be extracted. She was pleasant and had it out before I knew it. Everyone was so nice.
Very nice staff and office, Kelly was very nice and informative. She really put me at ease. The dentist was very kind also. The ladies at the desk were very friendly. Everything about my initial visit has been awesome!

Got me in for a next-day emergency appointment as a new patient. The dentist and the whole staff were very professional and kind. The office was very clean and modern. The check-in and out process was simple. My exam was thorough, and treatment and options were thoroughly explained.
Dr. Bassham and Sheletta have done fabulous work with my orthodontic Invisalign care. I have recently completed my treatment and now have perfectly straight teeth thanks to their efforts and training. They welcomed questions and always guided the treatment to my best personal outcome. If you are looking for a dentist that will take time to learn and hear you, and not see you as just a number, then go see them.
Great experience and wonderful staff! It was my first time here, and I called in and needed an appointment ASAP. Nikki was so helpful and kind to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very nice and take their time with you. My daughter had a bad experience at her previous dentist, and when I explained that to them. They were very understanding and very gentle. I appreciate them and highly recommend this office.
I had the best experience here. I needed a root canal done and was having some pretty severe pain and they got me in faster than any other dentist or endodontist in the area. I would have been waiting until June for anywhere else. I have pretty severe panic disorder and they were so supportive and sensitive through the whole process. They were very encouraging and held my hand when I needed it. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always making us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain each step of the treatment and ensure my son’s braces are adjusted correctly. The office is welcoming and efficient, and we always feel like a priority. Going to the dentist is something I never look forward to, to be honest, but I must say I had an exceptional experience here. Everyone made me feel so comfortable, so welcoming. I moved to Charlotte fairly recently and have been to Riccobene Ballantyne for my past 2 cleanings. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Kelly was my hygienist on my most recent visit and she made the whole experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling great. Dr. Ge is very clear about what treatment is needed and why. I am very happy about my choice of dentist in Charlotte.
I had my first appointment today at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, and everyone was so nice, especially the dental hygienist. I really love her. She made me feel so welcoming cause I hate the Dentist and I get so nervous, but she made me feel so calm and relaxed. She explained everything to me. I really love her. And the doctor was also very, very nice. I really love them. I think I found my new Dentist's Office. They really treat you like family.

Receptionist was welcoming a plus! She knew her stuff concerning insurance. The hygienist was friendly, and when she stepped away, she indicated she would be right back, preparing another patient. The dentist is excellent seen her before, and it’s always genuine. I am a Medical Office Manager, and my experience with Riccobene Dentistry is outstanding. This was an emergency appointment got me right in the same day. Thank you for all you do, it’s noticed!

The team at Wake Forest Riccobene has been very welcoming to me and my family of 5. The doctor is professional, caring, thoughtful, and has a good sense of humor. His assistants explain everything so well. We have seen both hygienists and even some temps when they were out on vacation, and had nothing but a pleasant experience. The office is very cozy; it's not a huge office, which I like. Don't hesitate to give them a try!!!
New location is very nice with state of the art equipment. Very thorough cleaning with suggestions on keeping up on flossing. Dental examination was also meticulous and focused on a few areas to keep an eye on. Excellent staff.
I was made comfortable due to an injury the staff itself they’re very friendly professional and each time I get my braces tightened & The orthodontist is outstanding and each of the hygienist that I have had his pleasure of Working with are excellent you are doing a fantastic job.
Excellent customer service; very clean facility; knowledgeable staff; positive experience. Chris was my hygienist and I really enjoyed him. He is clearly an expert in his field but also was very gentle and calming in his work. Dr. Farhan was also a pleasure to work with; he took his time explaining my dental status. He was also patient in allowing me to ask questions. And finally, I don't remember the front desk staff members' names but they were SO NICE and welcoming! I recommend this practice!
Dr Papio never fails every time I see her. I am coming down the homestretch with my Invisalign been about a year! Just to let you k ow Invisalign is not for youngsters I am rocking it at 60 yrs old and loving my teeth. See Dr Papio and her staff for a beautiful smile!!!
My total experience was exceptional. My oral examination was precise, and my discussion with the staff was clear with respect to the areas I needed to pay attention to after my visit. I spoke with people who were familiar with me and who genuinely care for my well-being.
My 9 yo daughter got her braces removed today. We had wonderful experience with Dr Bassham for past 1+ years. Initially we were worried to put my daughter on braces at small age. Dr Bassham gentle, caring and friendly approach to children made my daughter very comfortable. Recommend Dr Bassham for any orthodontist needs. She is very knowledgeable and explain treatment information to parents in detail. We have taken many adhoc appointments when teeth were bothering and they took care of it immediately . Front office associates and assisting staffs were very friendly as well.
I’ve never had a bad experience in my ~4 years of being a patient here. Everyone is always professional and helpful. The staff always seem to get along well with each other too so the vibes are always good.

This was my first visit to Riccobene Dentistry, and they did not disappoint! I needed to find a new dentist in the NETWORK due to retirement and chose them by reading their stellar reviews. My hygienist was the most efficient dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth with no unpleasantness. I really liked my dentist, who was also very pleasant and informative. I had an excellent first visit for dentures. Dr. Riccobene went above and beyond to get my imprints correct. My mouth is small and he adjusted the trays. I definitely recommend him and his staff. They were friendly, professional and kind.

First off, I am a little nervous going to the dentist but was right away put at ease by Ms. Aury at the front desk. Such a pleasure to check in with and talk to. Wait time was very short, about 5 minutes and Ms. Giselle called me back. Never experienced a first appointment as pleasant as this. Professional but not overly so, provided the human part of the evaluation too. She totally eased all of my apprehension. Then Dr. Farhan did his exam. He listened to my concerns then explained everything to me and suggested a plan of attack. This was the best first appointment experience at a dentist I have ever had. Think I have found my permanent dentist… Wish I could give the whole office ten stars
Such an amazing job. Although I was so nervous before coming in and while sitting in the chair getting prepared, the dentist made sure to make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They made my smile brand new better than ever, and it honestly looks better than it looked before.

Always a pleasant experience! Dr. Alston is very nice and seems very knowledgeable. I trust brush and floss orthodontics with my son's care. The office is always clean and all the dental assistance and front desk staff are polite and friendly. Everything always operates in a timely manner and we're never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called to the back. The staff is very accommodating with any requests we have with scheduling appointments or any care related questions. Would certainly recommend.

I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to be seen as a new patient. However, they didn’t have anything available for six weeks out. But the receptionist called me back within an hour and said they had an available appointment for Thursday, which was great. Today, I would say the visit went well, and no judgment from the staff; everyone was very friendly and respectful…I can’t wait to get my treatment plan started. The hygienist and the assistant were very professional and never passed judgment.
We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.

When I tell you this office is the best in the area, I am not exaggerating. My family and I just transferred here in the spring due to the lack of standard care at another facility, and Riccobene has far exceeded our expectations. Kind staff, check. Convenient location, check. Efficient and high level of care during the procedure, double check. If you’re tired of waiting months to get into your dentist's office only to forget you scheduled 6 months down the road, then you really need to do yourself a favor and give this office a call.
Went in for extreme pain in my jaw and got tested super quickly and the Doctor did an awesome job of keeping me calm! Also his assistant was absolutely incredible! Loved the whole experience and I'm usually terrified of the dentist!

We always have a positive experience at Riccobene Dentistry. Today we were seen by Dr Patel the orthodontist, she was extremely kind and patient with us. Cearena the treatment coordinator was simply excellent. She worked with us despite the tightness of the schedule (we showed up a little late), she patiently explained our options and she had a huge hug for me and my daughter when we seemed a little overwhelmed. I highly recommend this practice. They are definitely all about helping their patients.

I had to have three small fillings today. It was painless, performed very professionally, the dentist explained everything to me during the procedure, and it did not take a long time. I was very pleased.
My 15yo had his wisdom teeth removed here. Not only did I save money, my son loved everyone who helped us. He was nervous about the shots, but didn't even feel them! His mouth barely hurt afterward & that says a lot about the care he got during the procedure. When a 15yo doesn't complain you know he actually was doing ok. He liked them so much he wants to use them as his regular dentist. Thank you for taking such good care of my kid.
The dentist and assistant were excellent and very patient due to my deafness. They were compassionate enough to communicate via texting. I could have requested an interpreter like last time, but I decided not to since it was only cleaning teeth.
Dr. Bassham did a great job figuring out the right course of action for correcting my child’s teeth. He was beginning to not smile because of teasing at school and she took our concerns very seriously and came up with a great plan. She showed him patience and kindness even when he kept breaking the braces 😬 Treatment took longer because of that but we finally got there and he now has a bright, beautiful smile. He is extremely happy with the end result and so are we. Dr. Bassham was great to work with.
Completely impressed and Thankful! Yesterday afternoon, my crown fell out.I recently moved to a new state and hadn’t selected a dental office. I called Riccobene in a panic. They were able to get me in this morning! They were all very nice and easy to work with. The doctor was professional, friendly, and able to reset my crown. I am completely thrilled! Thank you!

I always have a good experience at the Garner Riccobene office. The check-in is always quick and the staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists and hygienists are thorough and don’t try to “upsell” you on unnecessary work. Including X-rays, I was in and out in 30 minutes for my last six month checkup. Checking out is just as quick and efficient. Five star service.
The team they have working together here is the best!! They always make you feel right at home and super comfortable. It makes going to the dentist easy for my kids, because we always get smiles and kindness from their team 😊
Very pleased with the Mebane location. It is very difficult to find a dental clinic willing to deal with the VA, but they do it with grace and a smile. I never have to wait long for my appointment, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’m very happy with this office.
I had a great experience getting ALL four of my wisdom teeth removed. Though I was nervous about the surgery, the dentists made me feel very comfortable and at peace. The procedure went by quickly and was painless.
Dr. Papio and her assistant Jen are absolutely the best! My daughter actually enjoys going to the orthodontist, lol. They are fun, professional, and very easy to talk to. They always take their time and answer any questions that we have and they are very thorough.

The practice is great… The workers in there are great, you know, everybody is so nice and so helpful. I love it there, and I love the way the DENTIST talks to you while he’s doing what he’s doing because it helps to let you know what’s going on.

OMG!! I found my forever dentistry family. Everyone was so wonderful,from the front desk,xray,hygienist and dentist. My previous dentist office closed with no warning and finding a new practice is hard,especially when you have anxiety about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice and already planning on getting my daughter an appointment who just moved to town. Go!!! You will love them

I love Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. I have been with Courtney my hygienist for years now. Since she worked at the Wakefield location. Today's visit was just so amazing. From not being able to go to the dentist in 2020 for covid reasons. Then being afraid to come to the dentist must of 2021 for covid reasons. Needless to say my dental routine was thrown off. Today my appointment needed more time then they anticipated so they wanted to reschedule me. With no luck finding anything close. Courtney decided to stay late today and offered me to come back at 4pm. That was such a great gesture. With my busy work schedule and today being a work holiday for me. That was just amazing. I couldn't Thank her enough. Then the front desk checked me out allowef me to pay then so I wouldn't have to check out after my appointment later. There were no surprises. I came back at 4pm. Didn't wait at all and Courtney took great care of me. I am so grateful for everyone at the Clayton office. Riccobene has been great not only for me but my whole family. Wonderful service, kind staff, and they’re quick and efficient. I was very pleased with my first visit. I would 10/10 recommend this dentistry to friends and family. I was able to get my consultation visit in and cleaning before the end of the year. Thank goodness they were able to fit me in. I am extremely grateful!
The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team are outstanding!
