experienced a soreness in my gum a week after having a cleaning done, called their office and they immediately offered to see me (got there in 15 minutes) and was taken back for examination. Turned out that I'd bitten down on granola nut that irritated the gum, NOT AN INFECTION. I was impressed with their concern and the way they handled my anxiety. Also want to recognize Tammy (or Tamora hard to hear a name thru a mask) who was phenomenal, along with Dr. Austin. Much appreciated!
