Alisha Bakshi, DMD

Fascinated by seeing dental procedures in early childhood, Dr. Bakshi’s interest in dentistry continued to grow throughout her formative years. Dentistry would allow her to combine her curiosity and creativity in the pursuit of a profession that required an artistic approach and a passion for a scientific understanding of the human body. But most of all, dentistry was perfect because she just loves to make people smile.

Born and raised in India, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS), practiced dentistry for a few years in her home country, and got married before traveling to Boston to pursue her Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at Suffolk University. After finishing her MHA, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the highly competitive and highly selective Advanced Standing program for Internationally trained dentists at Boston University’s Henry M Godlam School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Bakshi is passionate about shaping beautifully healthy smiles while serving our community with excellence and integrity.

She loves spending time with her husband and their two rambunctious sons. She also enjoys cooking, music, shopping and watching movies!
