Daniel Conti, DDS was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated from Millbrook High School in Raleigh and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His undergraduate studies earned him a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.
Dr. Conti ventured outside of North Carolina to the city of Baltimore, Maryland to obtain his DDS degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. For three of his four years there, he was a research assistant for Dr. Sharon Gordon, DDS, helping her with studies on Orofacial pain. Dr. Conti also was a member of the Hispanic Dental Association and the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. Dr. Conti also volunteered in free clinics and local schools doing oral cancer screenings, cleanings and dental work for the communities in and around the Baltimore area.
After graduating from UMSOD, Dr. Conti attended a post-graduate AEGD program (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. His one-year residency allowed him to further his training in all specialties of dentistry, including oral surgery, implants, crowns and preventive dentistry.
Dr. Conti returned home to Raleigh to live after finishing his internship in Greenville. He is a current member of the North Carolina Dental Society and the American Dental Association. He enjoys watching and playing sports, especially tennis and golf. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their two young boys.
