Miguel Gonzalez, DDS

Dr. Miguel Gonzalez is a triangle area native. He grew up in Cary and Apex, NC and attended North Carolina State University for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Gonzalez realized he was very science oriented but loved to work with people and to work with his hands…dentistry allowed for all of the above.

In 2002 Dr. Gonzalez started his professional journey as an office trained dental assistant where he learned a great deal about both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. After 2.5 years, Dr. Gonzalez enrolled in the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Upon graduating he worked in a large group practice for three years before opening his own practice which he owned and operated full time until 2017.

Dr. Gonzalez became a dental professional to help others. His mission as a dentist is to help people conquer their fears and encourage them to have a happy and healthy smile.

Outside of the office Dr. Gonzalez loves spending time with his family, his high school sweetheart, now wife, Jessica, their two children and their Cane Corso and Miniature Schnauzer who are very much part of the family as well. Family time at the Gonzalez house consists of cheerleading competitions, soccer matches, and as many trips to the beach as possible. Dr. Gonzalez is also an avid Cross-fitter and enjoys working out, hiking, working the yard, and being “Mr. Fix It” around the house.
