Philosophies of Care: I am a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The North Carolina Dental Society and the Forsyth County Dental Society. I have earned the Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry and am pursuing the Mastership Award in the Academy of General Dentistry. I am a native of Sanford, North Carolina. I am married to Ashley M. Byrd, a Guidance Counselor at Jefferson Elementary School. We have two children. Elizabeth and Worth are both graduates of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We are members of St. Paul's Episcopal Church where we have been involved in multiple church activities, and I have been actively involved in Boy Scouts. I enjoy hunting, fishing, shooting sports, and other outdoor activities.
