Shivani Patel, DMD

Born in London, England, and raised in Atlanta, Dr. Shivani Patel's journey into dentistry began in her early teens, inspired by close family members who were also dentists. Surrounded by the profession, she quickly realized that dentistry was her calling.

Dr. Patel pursued her undergraduate studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology, followed by dental school at Augusta University. She then completed her orthodontics residency at Columbia University, becoming a Board Certified Orthodontist.

In 2015, she began her career as an orthodontist in Atlanta before relocating to Northern Virginia in 2017, where she has been practicing ever since. Dr. Patel is passionate about delivering excellent care to her patients, always guided by ethics and honesty.

Recently, Dr. Patel and her husband moved to North Carolina with their two young children, a daughter and a son. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys classical dancing, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
