Upon arrival, I made an emergency appointment for a bad tooth. My appointment was at 10:10AM and I was a last minute fit in. Personally didn't realize that because i was in so much pain so I got REALLY frustrated. When they realized i was in extreme discomfort they made a point to figure out what was going on with me and once they realized they immediately got me into a room not even 5 minutes later. Staff was very kind and helpful and did their best to put me at ease. They are very caring and compassionate and in all my 27 years on this Earth not once have I ever had a pleasant dentist experience until coming to Riccobene. Thank you guys for all that you do.
