I had an amazing experience with Riccobene in Knightdale. The hygienist was kind and friendly. So glad to have found a dentist right around the corner from me.
Friendly, dedicated staff. The staff treat you as a human. Not just a number. Renee Jenkins was my dental assistant and I hope to get her every time I go in. She was very sweet, caring, and helpful. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry.

I was terrified of having a root canal done and the Dentist made everything a smooth experience. No pain at all did not even feel when he gave the Anastasia. I highly recommend them. Have had worse experience just getting a filling. Sore and a little pain afterwards but nothing compared to the toothache pain.
Dr. Lara Clark is an outstanding dentist, committed to providing superior care for every issue. She is the consummate professional, with a warm demeanor, exceptionally thorough when explaining all processes, and deeply dedicated to providing the best possible care for her patients many, diverse needs. For example, when I brought my children in for their teeth cleaning, I asked her about staining and sensitivity I had recently noticed. She not only offered to fit me in and thoroughly examine my teeth, but took the time and effort to explain every procedure she was doing and provide a very clear explanation of her findings and ways I can mitigate in the future. She personally saw to it that every stain was removed and ensured each tooth and my gums were in good health. She was compassionate, kind and I felt like I had been her patient for years. I have since recommended Dr. Clark to everyone I know. She is the best dentist I have ever had—she deserves 10 stars. When you find the best, you keep it! —Sincerely, Jen D.

My daughter has been here twice and has fallen in love with this place! The staff is very nice and talks to my child so she feels comfortable about what they are going to do. If I have any questions or need help suggestions, the dentist is there to help me! I love that!

The staff are very courteous , and proffesional. Dr. Behairy is a great denist.Extracted broken infecteted teeth in no time. Very kind, and great at her job.Dental assistants where very helpful. I would reccomend them over any dentist office in the area.

Melissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST hygienist ever!!! My kids & I have been going to Melissa for over ten years now and we would NEVER EVER consider letting anyone else take care of us!!! We followed her from her previous office and will follow her wherever she goes!!! She is not only the best at what she does hands down, but she is one of the most kindest, fun, caring and compassionate human beings you would be lucky enough to know ever!! My kids LOVE going to their cleanings because of her as they have grown up with her and know how much she truly cares about them and keeping their teeth so healthy!! In our family IT’S MELISSA ALWAYS OR NO ONE!!!!
I have been going to the dentist regularly for decades. Recently I got my routine x-rays and cleaning by Colleen, and came back for a couple of fillings by Dr. Holmes. These services were above and beyond what I expected. The professional care I received had me in and out in record time with an insignificant amount of discomfort and no concerns after I left. I am so happy to have found five star dental care in Porters Neck.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Had a filling replaced and was surprised that it was painless easy and quick. Won't say I'm looking for the next filling but if I do ... I trust them with the next procedure. 2nd visit again outstanding dental hygienist, great front desk personnel. Dentist very friendly. Have great confidence in this business 3rd visit. Again. They are an absolute joy to deal with. I have a serious aversion to dentists, but I’m always calm when I deal with them.
I am one of those people who has an extreme fear of dentists because of traumatizing experiences. From the moment they called me in the back they began to erase my fears. My nurse was sooo great at calming my nerves, using a little humor all the while getting the needed information from me. Dr. Jessica came in and had the same vibe - relaxing & calming. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel feel rushed at all. Overall this has been a great experience and I look forward to becoming a part of this exceptional dental family.

My 6 year old, who was a bit anxious, needed some work done on a cavity and both the dentist and assistant were so amazing at helping her feel calm and lightening the mood. I’m so impressed by the whole experience!

This was my first visit to this office and I was blown away. This office is about a 30 minute drive for me, but it was definitely worth it. I should have switched dentists years ago. The entire staff was wonderful. Destiny and Melissa were incredibly nice, and addressed my concerns while taking xrays and performing the cleaning. My teeth cleaning was the least irritating I’ve ever had, and this was after not going to a dentist for 2+ years. I was happy to schedule another cleaning when I left.
I have been going to this office for a couple years and love it. They are extremely professional and very skilled in crowns, implants and all aspects of dentistry. Karen is an excellent hygienist and does very thorough cleanings and assessments! Highly recommend this office.
Today was one of the best days! I was nervous about getting a procedure but Monica did everything to keep me calm and comfortable.. She talk me all the way through.. I really appreciate her for that.. Definitely need more people like her in business..
This practice is so nice! The office is brand new so it is very nice & neat inside. Alexis at the front desk is so sweet & very accommodating as well the hygienists & the dr. They take their time with you & address all concerns you might have. It’s nice to feel like you’re not just another set of teeth but you’re actually cared for at your dentist! Definitely recommend!!
My girls love going to the dentist. It took a couple to find the best but Dr Garner is the best. We have had the best experience ever visit. The dental assistants are always the nicest to and do everything to make your little ones feel safe. They have friendly people at the front desk. Just a great dentist office all around. The painting on the walls is beautiful. If nothing else just go by and walk in and check it out. You get transferred into another place. Each room is also beautifully painted to keep the kids calm and invited. Go see her and her team at Riccobene Kids in Cary!!!!!!!!

This dental office is spectacular. I’ve never been to an office that provides a tour of the facility as well as coffee or water. I felt right at home as I entered the door and they actually seem to listen and care about my concerns. A+ practice for all of your dental needs.
The office was accommodating when I called about my daughter’s tooth pain. They were even able to get us in that day! The dentist and hygienist were absolutely awesome. So glad we choose this practice when we switched a few years ago.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism and respect. The exams by both the dental hygienist and the dentist seemed thorough and gentle. I was provided with detailed information about my dental health, recommendations for treatment and options. Additionally, all my questions were answered and financial/insurance information was explained. I enjoy this dental clinic and highly recommend.
I just visited today and had an amazing service. Starting from the tech who did my x-ray to the hygienist, Quiana, to the Dr. They were wonderful and amazing. I have definitely found the right dental office for my family and I.
Dr. Clifton Ball is amazing. He is not only encouraging but also very motivating throughout the orthodontic treatment. His entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton Ball and his team for orthodontic treatments.
Dr Beamer is fantastic! She took the time to answer all my questions regarding having my wisdom tooth removed and offered advise. She then gave me a referral to two different oral surgeons and emailed me the X-rays they took. Couldn’t ask for more from any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Beamer!
The staff were very caring when I went in for an emergent situation. They explained my treatment options clearly and payments options. They went above and beyond to relax an older lady with dental anxiety. Their concern for their patients is genuine.
I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great.
Love this dentist office! They have a cool castle/ dragons/ knight theme going on and just redid the entry to look like you're walking into the castle. TVs for the kids and private rooms for any work beyond cleanings. We've seen Dr. Leslie and Dr. Garner and love them both. All the dental hygienists and front desk staff are wonderful too! They are kind and great with the kids, even my fairly difficult son :)
I have been coming here for about 2 years now! I love how timely and kind they are. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist (mine was Taylor) to the Dentist I saw (Dr. Williams) everyone is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to look forward to going to the dentist!

Note: I have a healthy fear of dentists. However they have been working with me successfully for the pass two years. Professional, but very down to earth. They listen to your concerns. Gentle touch dentistry (my own label). I'd had a rough start the morning of my latest visit, but by the time I left the office I was laughing so hard I was in tears!! Real people!! Add on: Went today for my cleaning, met Dr. Miller for the first time, and we found out that we served in the USAF at the same time!! Didn't get to see everyone to say hello, but I left my calling card - Hope, joy and laughter!! Riccobene has become a real family dentist, as I have immediate family at several of your locations!! It's a wonderful thing!!!
Dr. O and Ms. Sarah have cured my fear of seeing a dentist. Such a comfortable atmosphere, they took the time to listen, calm my anxiety, not once did I feel rushed while asking all my questions ;) Teeth cleaning was a breeze, though embarrassed I waited so long. I’m moving my entire family to this practice. One more thing, I was expecting to wait at least 45 minutes in the lobby, nope right on time!!! This practice will not disappoint!
The staff are all very friendly, efficient and take great care of their patients. I have had 3 cleanings and one filling and the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist were great. No problems whatsoever.
After having a terrible visit with a previous dental office, I scheduled an appointment with them. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the lady checking me in, to the dental assistants, as well as the lady responsible for billing. The doctor was awesome as well. Went over X-rays in great detail, explained processes for the future, gave me best case and worse case senarios (which very thankful for, this prepared me mentally) and most importantly he did not talk to me as if I was uneducated or simple. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I hope they all know how grateful I am for it. I have not been to dentist in years, due to lack of insurance, finances, and even a small phobia. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentistry. I have several appointments to attend in near future, and I am so glad I am able to be with a dentistry that cares.
At 52 years of age, I adopted my very first dental team – at (then Riverside Dental Arts, now) Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. Staff here are competent, respectful, and thoroughly knowledgeable in both dentistry and general medical practice. In fact, to onboard me as a client, Gabe Rich DDS prepared a unique presentation on their plan to address my onset periodontal disease – even identifying my mouth as the source of the very bacterium which caused my heart to become infected 35 years ago! No other medical doctor had EVER connected those dots before. Three years later, I am still a client – even though I now live 440 miles away during parts of the year. They made my mouth completely healthy, and I am not changing dentists. Absolutely NO demerits! Riccobene Dentistry meets my high standards, and can expect my continued business.
Very impressed! Have avoided the dentist for awhile. From phone call to schedule appointment to checking in for appointment I was treated as a person not a number. Evaluation and cleaning by Andrea was very thorough, professional and done with explanations throughout the entire process that kept me at ease. Dr. Holmes reassuring in her review of testing, relayed explanation of needed dental work in plain language and a pleasant caring person to interact with regarding one’s care. My experience was a welcome corrective emotional experience for my childhood dental traumas from sixty years ago.

Took my 3 yr old son to his first dentist appt (his original appt scheduled for a year ago got cancelled due to COVID) here at the Hwy 54 location and could not be more impressed. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to the dentist they went above and beyond to make my son feel welcome and comfortable. The hygienist, Tabitha, was so patient and kind to him and entertained all of his questions and comments on his first dentist experience. Great job!
What a wonderful staff, everyone is super friendly from the minute you open the door you are greeted by two ladies who handle all the daily activities very professionally. When you are taken to your room for whatever procedure you are there for, again you meet friendly and courteous personnel they perform their assigned task with care and empathy. And Dr. Rich you hit the jackpot, you will never meet a more talented and devoted Dentist. We consider Dr. Rich and his his staff a blessing.
First time going to dentist in quite a while the lobby was a very comfortable setting and the staff made me feel comfortable being there. Awesome place
This place is amazing. Great environment. Great people. Could not have picked a better place to go to. Also, if you do not have dental insurance they have some in house plans that are very helpful and budget friendly. I recommend to anyone in this area.

I woke up yesterday to excruciating pain in my mouth. I immediately called to make an appointment with the dentist. They were very accommodating and got me in to see the dentist the very same day. I was very nervous, other than the obvious anxiety builder of going to the dentist, it was also my first time seeing Dr. Steve. As it turns out, Dr. Steve is absolutely AMAZING! It was our very first encounter, but he made me feel like we’d known each other for years. He has been in the practice for 32 years, and it definitely shows. His assistant, Katrina was equally as wonderful! She talked to me as if we have been best friends since elementary school. She is expecting a bouncing, baby boy in October, so feel free to stop by the Monkey Junction location with a baby gift! I could go on and on, singing their praises, but I’ll end with this. Close your eyes, and think of the most important person in your life. Now, think of the type of care you would want them to receive if you were unable to care for them yourself. Got it? This is the exact level of treatment, and care, you will receive at Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, the Monkey Junction location, in Wilmington, NC. I, obviously, give each and every member… 5 STARS!!!!
I have been to different dentists over the years, so going to a new dentist makes me nervous. But I must say from my first cleaning to my first filling with Riccobene has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was very nice and seemed to really take pride in their work. The dental assistant that I had for my filling was so compassionate and told me everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Getting good service these days is hard to come by, so when it happens, it is really appreciated!
Aleia did a great job cleaning my teeth! She is a very sweet person. I know she will be great with my 2 year old daughter as well. Dr. T was also very nice and talked through everything with me and gave me options for my treatment. I will definitely be returning!

Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.
I'm a long-time patient and recently had a cavity fixed. For the first time since I can remember, I wasn't all "tightened" up in the chair. I was relaxed, because the atmosphere was very relaxing. I appreciate the service I received during this visit, made a world of difference.

Today was my first visit but I was so comfortable from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. Dr. Pike was very kind and explained everything to me so that I could make an informed decision about my dental care and needs moving forward. I love not feeling pressured into something I really couldn't afford and was allowed all the information needed to decided my plan of action. The staff is great and very friendly. Kaitlin is my hygienist and she is amazing! She always does a great job and is super knowledgeable and super friendly!She even mom lectured me on the importance of flossing, lol. I really feel like the staff there actually cares about my oral hygiene. They made my experience pleasant and I definitely would recommend them!
Dr. Geeson and staff at Complete Dental are remarkable! I brought both my kids here originally and ended up transferring myself here for all our family dental needs. The atmosphere is calming and the staff really takes the time to explain every procedure and charge in depth. They also get us right back into the chair which shows they value our time. We had appointments for dental work and the experience was first class. What an amazing staff. Starting at the front desk continuing through the procedure. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and all delivered professional care. Meg and Morgan who attended to our needs were exceptional. Special thanks to them for making our experience pleasurable and not one that could have been uncomfortable. Again, exceptional experience. We’ve gone to Riccobene for years and always had a good experience, but nothing to rave about until recently. Let me tell you, Dr. Garner is a true gem! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the kids and making the dentist a fun experience. My son, who is 8 and had so much fear for years of going to the dentist just absolutely loved her! He had to have several cavities treated and Dr. Garner and the staff made it a breeze for him! During the treatment he even told her how good she is at her job! Thank you Dr. Garner for making it a great experience!

I recently took my 90 year old mom to Riccobene and I can't believe that going to the dentist could be such a great experience. We both actually felt at home being treated so kindly by every staff person, lots of smiles and laughter. At the same time everyone was very professional in explaining all the procedures and even letting my mom who had been a dental hygienist back in the day look at her X-ray pictures. Mom's treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and looking forward to our return visit.

My cap came out for my implants and Riccobene did an excellent job replacing it. Even though I had to get a shot to numb the area, the experience with how they treated me was worth it. I highly recommend everyone to use them if they having dental issues.

All aspects of my appointment were superb.The receptionist was expecting me and was very polite.I was called back to see the doctor before I could finish the paperwork.The doctor evaluated my problem ,discussed my options and we settled on a plan which was promptly executed in a very professional way.The doctor explained the procedure as he worked. The results greatly exceeded my expectations and the fee was very reasonable. I am happy to say I have a new dentist in whom I have confidence.
I am not someone who does a lot of reviews but I had to brag on Complete Dental at both the Wilmington and Leland locations. They are awesome and I have never felt so comfortable in a dental situation before. Dr. Geeson was amazing and Ciara (not sure of the spelling, could be Sierra), she is my favorite she is so kind and comforting, she’s the best. Would highly recommend this practice for sure!

Dr. Jameson at the Porter's Neck location was great! He removed 2 wisdom teeth for my daughter and 4 for my fiancé. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism and will definitely recommend him.

We had dental checkup and sealant for my daughters. Overall experience was awesome. Right from setting up appointment to completion was nice experience. I highly recommend this office mainly for kids.
Answered all my questions. Didn’t make fun of me for being a wimp. They have nitrous. They give goody bags. 10/10 have to go back and I’m not that mad about it.

The Knightdale location is the BEST! My children are so comfortable when we visit. My children never dread going to the dentist at this location. The front desk staff, dentists and dental assistants are always the most pleasant. The dentists always speak to my children in a way that they understand and they let them know the procedures step-by-step. I am also a patient and have had the best experiences. 👌🏾 I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

This is the most friendly and professional dental locations my wife and I have visited. We were initially greeted with big smiles 😄😃 and welcome from Kaitlin and Colleen. Colleen explained how my wife needed to complete the information paperwork. Kaitlin asked and brought me the famous Seattle WA coffee. What a professional greet team they both are. They demonstrate the "pain place" can be a "pleasant dental facility". Their positive professional attitude helped make us relax before meeting my wife's DDS. So I am a patient at Garner and Porter’s Neck. It must be a prerequisite to maintain a pleasant, uplifting attitude to be employed. They are super friendly. What I like most is how caring and gentle the staff is. It’s been a long while since I’d been to the dentist and they were so very understanding about life, family, jobs getting in the way before taking care of myself and not the least judgmental. I highly recommend you checking Riccobene out for your dental needs!💯 I was in Garner when I had one issue and back in Wilmington for my cleaning and other needs. Both are hands down the best dentist offices ever.

I love this dental office! I was a dental technician for 14 years and worked with amazing dentists in Northern Va, I feel like a dental “snob”.... Dr Rich is an amazing, honest dentist who thinks about the big picture not just a money sign. If he can save the tooth he will rather than go quickly to a crown. That is a honest man! Mindy, the Hygienist, is amazing and very gentle! The staff is very kind and friendly and Dana who seems to be Dr Rich’s side kick is amazing as well! I love this office and have recommended them to all I know! We even have our family from NOVA hoping to make Dr Rich their dentist! The office is very clean and homey, not all the bells and whistles but you are not paying for that as well! I would rather honesty and trust in your dr and that is what you receive at this dental Office! I could not recommend them more highly! I LOVE THIS OFFICE, DR AND STAFF!!!! Give them a try, you will love them!
Like most, I dread the dentist. That is, until I came here. I needed and still need major work done and I wouldn't go anywhere else for it. The professionalism, attention, all while keeping it comfortable is incredible. Dr. Clark has a fantastic sense of humor and so does every other staff member. To say I recommend this place is an understatement. Pleasant experience from the time you enter until the time you leave (as far as dentists go!).
Wonderful staff! Dr. Parker was great with my 10 yr old daughter. She was nervous about getting a cavity filled and Dr. Parker was very gentle and explained everything as she did it. She really helped my daughter relax.
Firstly, I just would like to say how absolutely PHENOMENAL the staff was. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness! I was directed to the next counter and they immediately knew who I was. They sent me all the necessary information, medical, and insurance documents ahead of time, so my check-in process was quick and easy. I was there for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was very nervous. The sweetest dental assistant assured me I would be just fine. (I wish I could remember everyone's name, so I'm so sorry for the lack of identifications in this review!) When they called me back, she sat me down and explained the entire procedure to me, step-by-step. I knew exactly what to expect and she even gave me a rundown of my post-op instructions. She was very thorough and patient and consistently checked in to see if I had any questions. Dr. Anderson (the dentist who performed my procedure) came in soon after and greeted me with so much warmth, I could have hugged him! (Did I mention that my original appointment was set for March 15th and when I reached out to him ahead of time and let him know how much pain I was having, they managed to slot me in the VERY NEXT DAY?!?!) Anyways, Dr. Anderson came in, brought me a blanket and gave me a full rundown of my x-rays and thoroughly explained what was happening. He assured me, however, that my procedure would not be difficult and that I was in good hands. The CRNA came in and OMG, she had the brightest personality! She told me what she was there to do and told me exactly what would be in my IV and why. She then got me hooked up and before I knew it, I was waking up at my mom's house LOL. Either way, I am so grateful to this amazing team and I would recommend them again, and again and again! (BTW as a bonus -- their office is so CLEAN and GORGEOUS!)
